any guru's wanna help me with my e-break? been replaced twice with no results.

the e-break simply will not pull... it's installed properly yet when the handle is down all the way there is SLACK in the lines (measured at the elbow where the cable meets the caliper, when i put it in place there's about an inch of play. then i pull the e-break up, and it barely takes up the slack.)
