try it and tell us how it turns out... do a dyno before and after install :D

yea thats not a bad idea, they should have a dyno sheet to back up the claims though.... if its 5-10 tq and half second faster spool, i dont think its really worth it. plus this weighs more than the test pipe
all it does is adjust the back pressure in the system.. You most likely will not see or feel the difference.

problem is two fold. first the smaller diameter isn't a smooth transition, it has a ledge that will create turbulence.
second problem, back pressure doesn't help make the turbo spool. you don't want any back pressure on the turbo.
now if they could make it where it wasn't depended on pressure in the exhaust and it wasn't turbulent flow, then it might work.

they rattle like a broken exhaust at idle -
the gains are minimal...

I tried it, and I've got the same results... ugly rattle at idle, and didn't see any difference(I'm running GT35R .63)
Not worth it IMO...

Waste of money. Not to mention ground clearance sucks.
I had it in my car, it rattles, and after a putting some miles on it, the soot from the exhaust binds the shit inside, so it ends up stuck closed and not even opening.
Don't buy it.
Matter of fact, I gave mine away.

I Like the apexi silencer better, but only if you rigged it up to be completely removable

well I can tell you, some bikes come with something similar to create back pressure at low RPM, I have driven bikes with it removed and could feel a difference, but we are talking about NA 16,000 RPM bikes, so I don't know how it would do on a car

That's very interesting... I thought it would help. Especially for something like this. Thanks for the responds
