I have a stock S14 SR (T-28) with stock SMIC, BOV, stock S13 SR downpipe, and stock USDM S13 240SX exhaust. Right now I'm running about 6psi of boost and am getting an MBC and wondering what you guys think I'm making with the 6psi I'm running now and what I'd be making if I did 9 and 11psi.

200ish, 9-11 psi im gonna say 225-250... not very many supporting mods.... get a full exhaust, intake, fmic, and you should be 225-250 easy, but what do i know lol....

At 6psi you think I'm making like 200? It definitely doesn't feel like 200. Although I am starting to get used to it and it doesn't feel fast anymore.

Would it be safe to run 11psi with all stock SMIC and BOV? It is in the 40's and below here in GA so I don't think heat-soak would be a problem until summer in which I should have a FMIC.

BTW I already have a Spectre cone air filter.

I would trust it with just a sidemount. Just stay at stock boost until you can upgrade the i/c.

Anymore input?

I made 300 whp with a GTR FMIC, piggyback, exhaust and an s15gt28.

what does that have to do with his question?

i would think 200 would be a decent guess at 9psi.

Invest in a fmic, exhaust, and a mbc and set your boost to about 10psi, should be plenty of power 200-225ish i would assume, dont go above 11-12 psi, i believe the t-25 maxes out about 14psi and thats pushin it, dont wanna ruin your turbo...

I have an S14 SR meaning I have a T-28 and VVT.

Now with this in mind, how much HP and boost would I be running?

Also, I know what I need to get like exhaust and FMIC, but I just wanna know what I should be putting out after I bump the boost up. I don't have much experience with being able to tell hp since I've only driven my car now and when it had a KA and a 2004 Accord 5 speed sedan and I don't know what 200hp and 250hp feels like so I am wondering what kind of HP you guys think I'm doing now and what I'll be putting out after I put the boost up to 9psi and 11psi.

Do you still have the cat on too since youre running the stock exhaust still? Free up the exhaust (aftermarket DP, 3" exhaust and test pipe) and you should notice a difference. No point of cranking up the boost if your exhaust is just gonna choke up the engine. Do that first, and see the difference. Then when you get used to that, invest into a front mount and something to add more fuel to the setup (tune) before you crank the boost up to 1 bar.

Yes I have a cat and complete stock exhaust stock SMIC and BOV and cone filter.

Is anyone else running a similar setup at 9psi and know what they're making.

You mean VTC.

I'd say 9 PSI would yield ~185 WHP and 11 PSI would yield ~210 WHP

EDIT: Stock Cat and Stock Exhaust?

Yeah, everything except for the air filter, literally everything, is stock.
