VQ30 Swap questions.

I plan on doing the VG30 swap into my 96 s14. I have a complete 89 300zx that i can use to get the swap done. I've been trying to find more info on the swap but not enough to satisfy me. I would like to know what i can take off and bolt on from the 300zx, and what I'm going to need buy or customize my self? I know the wiring is probably going to be difficult but I think having the whole car will help a lot. Any Info will help, web sites with pics and guides too. thanks.

That's a VG30 swap not a VQ30de you are doing, and there is a thread in one of the nissan forums of someone doing a VG30de from a 90 300zx. I hope you aren't too concerned about handling. I believe you will be adding about 100lbs or so to the front end.
