5 bolt Turbo outlet

Is there 2 types of 5 bolt outlets? I have a T3 Airesearch turbo and its gonna be top mounted but I cant find a turbo elbow/downpipe to work. All the 5 bolt elbows I find have the bolts in a different configuration.

It looks to me that the elbow would need to be upside down for it to work

Thanks for the link! I found one made by Treadstone also but this one is cheaper

...but why is it that the elbow would need to be upside down for it to bolt on, or is it a diff 5 bolt pattern?

Honestly, your best bet is get a custom DP made, specially if you're going top mount. Go to ATPturbo, send them the pix, and they should be able to tell you which flange you need.
