i need help with a problem that i have with my swap. RB25det into s14(kouki). i wired the car up according to both car's FSM's but it wont turn over. im getting a start signal all the way to the comp but nothing happens but the fuel pump running. i manually jumped the starter but it wouldnt fire up but the coils are sparking. i determined the injecotrs werent opening. so i thought it was the clutch switch by the pedal so i cut tied the wires together but still nothing. im using the both rb upper and lower harness. thank you for your help in advance.

If your MAF sensor is not hooked up on your intake try that, I had the same problem before and when I aligned it together it started right up. If it's not connected try that, otherwise, sorry I couldn't be of any more help.

ok if it is a series 1 rb25 you have to have a constant hot at you injectors for them work. i usually tap into the engine bay fuse box and run a wire to the main injector plug pm me and i can give you the pin out for it if you dont already know it

describe the problem better. does it click, once, multiple times, does it crank but just wont catch, are you installing a stock or modified rb25, if not stock what was modified.

the motor wont turnover( starter not turning on) i checked the starter by giving the starting signal wire 12v and it started to work. so im not getting a starter signal to the starter. also when i jumped the starter i check for spark and fuel. i got spark no fuel. just to confirm my theory i spray some starter fluid in the throttle and it ran for a lil. so its definately the injectors not opening. im running the stock manifold for now. i have the greddy mani but im waiting for everything to work correctly before modify anything.

Do you have an OEM alarm?
If your gonna hot wire the starter to start it, you need one person to turn the key to "Start" while you engage the stater.
