So i recently bought a used greddy oil pan and the seller had placed the screws loose in the box.... needless to say all of them were lost
I am currently running a stock SR pan, and have plans come next week to swap pans off. My dilemma (at least in my mind) is that in order to figure out what bolts i would need for the greddy pan, i'd prefer to not have to make multiple runs to the hardware store in order to find the proper sized bolts because my s14 is the only car i currently have access to. I've seen in pictures that they are like this

Does anyone know off hand, or on-hand (whatever) what sized (ie length and pitch) bolts i'd need for the Greddy pan
thanks i appreciate it

Take what bolts you do have and use them to pick what size/thread pitch you need. If you dont have any lookin the FSM or get one of the bolts that holds your oil pan on now. Then take the greddy oil pan with you and instal bolts into the pan and see how far they stick out. I would say get a set of bolts that poke out about 3/8" from the pan. As you can see some of the bolts need to be longer than the others due to the way the pan is designed. The greddy pan comes with lockwashers so I would suggest getting those for all your bolts. They are all socket head capscrews by the way.

Damn man that would really bother me haha it looks like they are 15 and 30 mm long. Im not 100% sure though it could be 20 and 40mm bring the pan with you and see how much sticks out the other side. it should stick out maybe 1/2" or so I hope that helps i wish i knew exactly maybe try calling Greddy and see if you can have them send you a full set!

I would just contact Greddy USA and find out how you can procure a hardware packet for a reasonable price direct.

Get that from Greddy as well, dont mess around with things like this. Do it the right way the first time and never do it again.

so i just got off the phone with greddy USA and they claim that it's a 1/8th NPT. however last friday i was advanced autoparts and swore that i could get no more than 1 turn on the 1/8th NPT plug that they sold there.....HRMMMMmmmmm

Run a simple tap through it to verify. 1/8 BSPT is VERRRY close to NPT.

another option is get an adapter from www.pegasusautoracing.com (http://www.pegasusautoracing.com) they have BSPT to NPT adapters...i dont think they have plugs...they may though.

Pegasus, ATP turbo, should both have them.
I used to have an adapter, but I have no clue where it is now haha.
