I cut my wire (green/yellow) that controls the speed limiter and now my cruise doesn't work. Does this always happen? Or did I short something accidentally when I was messing with my ECU? My second question is about a sil80 swap. Like every other kid, I like the sil80 look. I was thinking, when you do the swap, what does the button on the dash that controls the headlights popping up. What do most people do with that switch? What is in that spot on a silvia?

i don't like the Sil-Eighty look unless you use an S15 nose. the S13 Silvia nose is squarish and looks good on a coupe, but not on the more-round fastback...

hmmm lets see... something that requires an input of your speed so it can maintain speed... im gonna go out on a limb here and say yeah that will happen every time. wire in a switch so you can turn the speed cut on and off. you'll have cruise when the cut is off and when you need to break the law its a switch flip away.
