ok,

Today I ordered Volk Racing TE37 17x8.5 +30 offset all aound
I got them in silver.

I did this because they had these in the U.S. and I dont feel like waiting 90days for a different set to come in.

My question is: What do you guys think. I know I should have gone with a 18" and wider in the rear but they didnt have anything else.

So whats your opinions!!

it will look good. but not great. should have went 17x9 +30 in bronze. very flush and very sexy.

please post pics when you get it on the car.

I wanted 9" sooo bad but they didnt have them instock and it would take 90days to get them.

Couldnt I put some spacers on there to make them have a great Flush look?

oh hell ya! rock the spacer. get some nice ones to work w/ the wheels..hubcentric

im not knocking your wheels or anything, they will look DAMN fine. :) TE37s are so common but they are very classy! i want a set myself...18x9 +20 or something near that offset hehe..wide fenders would be cool

well the reason I went with these is because I ordered Gram Lights 57pro 4 months ago and they missed the boat. 18x8 front 18x9 in the rear.

I got so ****ed off that I needed rims, I had to get these. And Mackin is giving me a Great deal for the inconvinence with free shipping.

the price was at my cost plus additional 12% off.

Now I need tires. Whats your recommendations ppl?

I was thinking 235/45 in the front and 255/40 in the rear

O, I forgot to mention. I got the TE37 Limited Edition with the polished lip and Mercury Silver face. I hope these will look OK on the car.

I think you made the right choice going with 17s.

the limited editions are sooo beautiful... i think they would look beatiful on a 240. they le also make the wheels alot less common (as for the finish, not design)

Mercury silver is hot. Screw the 57 Pros. You wouldn't have been happy with them once you saw the new 57 F Pros. They are so much hotter.

My partner is nuts. He's getting 5-spoke Forged Mags. I keep trying to convince him to get the dark blue.

nitekids, shushhh

its the right stuff now, and I cant wait any longer. I still didnt cancel the order for the 57pros. when they come in I will take a look at them, if I like I will put them on. If not, I am putting them in the Showroom.

Nice wheel choice. IMO the TEs will look better on your car, Gram lights don't look to great on S14s. I have seen a pic of some drifting guy with rims liek that (they might have been FN01Rs), but I think that kind of 5 spoke design looks better on a hatch. TEs look real nice on S14s, specially the 97-98s.

Take pics when they get there.

they look the same as 57 pros to me except with the revits.

oh yea..those are 57F pros

57F Pro has a totally different spoke design than the 57 Pro. Much wider, flatter, sharper. More blade like. I like them.
