break the jam nut loose on the adjuster screw. turn the screw to make it go further up in the turn buckle. tighten the jam nut back up.

tighten the rod that connects to the mastercylinder(make it longer in theory) also bleed the system that may help...

.....aww i hate when guys chime-in to a post and don't know what they're talking about. He said his clutch pedal, so its obviously manual. s13, or s14 they are adjusted the same way.
For some reason I can't see the photo but... There is a rod on the master cyl that goes through the firewall to the clutch pedal arm. This rod can spin, it must be turned counter-clockwise. Do it in small increments and try it out

Of course I don't know what I'm talking about when the original question is vague and has no information. It could be an S11 for all I know.
But then again we get the same question every week so I should know by now.
I only know this: http://zilvia.net/f/s-chassis/297254-ultimate-clutch-pedal-thread.html

Hey man I did everything you said and adjusted my clutch too and now it started to leak a little fluid from the rod that I adjusted that goes into the master cylinder. In backed it back up to where it was before and it seams it's still leaking, any ideas?? Thanks

well it worked fine before i fucked with it and it didnt leak. i was talking to someone and he told me it may be the seal that is in between the firewall and the master cylinder, that i might have torn it when i was adjusting it
Bottom line is if its leaking you need a new one jackass.
