hey. here is the link to the thread i started on NICO. I am just wondering if anyone here has any other advice before i go spend a shit ton at a shop. thanks.

One thing at a time. Do the no start first. The starter is much easier to diagnose.
Search my posts for "clutch interlock". If this relay goes bad it won't send current to the starter solenoid. You should really bypass the interlock completely.

how can you test the relay? im not the best with electrical, so i prolly wouldnt be comfortable bypassing it.

got the starter tested at 2 different auto stores and it passed at both.

turns out it was the starter. thats the last time i take a part to an auto store to get tested. repair shop said they tested it and it didnt do anything unless they hit it with a hammer.
just my luck!
now its just figuring out the bogging during acceleration and the high idle at a stand still.
