are there any seats that take a 4 point harness that bolt on to stock s13 rails or seat brackets?

Without modification, nothing will bolt to the stock seat rails.

If you use the stock rails your seat will be as high as the sky.

Don't be cheap, buy side mount rails if you have a bucket.I wasnt planning to be cheap, until my depoyment orders were canceled, now i have to work on a PFC budget, lol.
