Everything in your body harness, lower harness, and power for your engine.

You have a lot of work to do.

ahh shit. well right now, my wipers arent working, washer fluid isn't shooting, and my brake light won't turn off. i could just pick those wires out and solder em back together right?

Brake light will not turn off = power on. It might be the brake light switch like it was on my S13.

how do i get to the brake light switch? did you replace yours? i was thinking it was the wiring that was messed up under the fender liner too.

The brake light problem 99% of the time is the rubber stopper that the switch on the pedal rests on has gotten old and crumbled. Look on your drivers side floor under the brake pedal. Are there a few broken pieces of hard rubbber? If there are, tape a penny onto the hole where the rubber stopper came from, and if it bothers you that there's a penny in there replace it with a new stopper, it's like $10 at the stealership.

Wiper problem sounds like a bad wiper switch on the stalk.

hey ryguy, i'm talking about the brake light icon on the cluster. is that what you are talking about?

and can i just electrical tape the exposed wires?

uh...sounds like you shouldn't be messing with stuff on your car until you know more about it.

If your brake light is on you need to start with the basics. Check fluid level and check the e-brake lever switch. If the light is ON...then you don't have a short.

Trying to just wrap wires in electrical tape isn't going to fix anything. It's not "magical" tape. If your worried about your driver's side fender well being exposed, then you need to address that problem completely separate.

If you're rubbing in your fender well, then you need to either relocate that harness or change your suspension settings. Most people relocate the harness. So you would first start by pulling that harness out, reconnecting any wires that have been damaged (if possible), and then covering them with some wire loom and relocating the harness route as needed.

It's alot of work. But I think you need to do some research before you just start pulling stuff apart. Download an FSM and learn about your car.

Good luck.

Whoops, no, I thought you meant your actual brake lights were stuck on. If the brake light on the dash is on that means your brake fluid is low. If the fluid level is fine, the switch on the handle of the parking brake is bad.
