Hey Whats going On guys, first of all let me tell you about me and the car
its not mine,I drive a subaru impreza, AWD FTW! lol so me and my buddy are building this 240 this is the first nissan ive worked on ive been around 240sx but never worked on one or ever owned one, so first off my buddy was racing it and he redlined it and now the #1 clyinder is misfiring, oil is all over the sparkplug and oil is in the clyinder. did a compression Check,
1-0 2-130 3-140 4-130, then did an leakdown test, on the #1 clyinder, 100 psi and 90 was lost the air was escaping from the timing chain area, crankcase possibly. Im thinking that i have a hole in my piston LOL or rings are gone but i dont know these motors and would like to hear what you have to say about my situation.i have alot of pictures i will put up here in a second. also, some symptoms, there is oil in the intake manifold,T/B possibly blown turbo seals?
Thanks For your Guy's Inputs

If you're sure the engine needs rebuilding please contact Mike at CRM, my partner who I work under as a subsidiary is the one who does the engine building for shadowerks. He is amazing. his link and contact is on my site

What help are you looking for?
If your motor has no compression on cylnder 1 for sure then you need a new piston and rod and a rebuild of your motor. End of story.
If you want to be sure i would test it again and make sure you crank 8 times total per cylinder and to hold the throttle full open or floored while you do the test just to be sure you get good results

a compression test is a compression test bro, leakin in crank case=rings plain and simple, to find out if it is the rings, pour a little 30 weight in the cylinder, this will help seal the rings up a lil and you should get a better reading "if it is the rings". if its something else, you'll find out when you open that bitch up

ok, thanks i appreciate your help, what i meant by help was i had a friend that had a turbo audi and he had the same problem im having but it was his turbo seal i was just uncertain if the #1 cylinder signified that or something all engine manufacturers are diffrent you know thanks though

your friend told you his turbo seal caused no compression in one cylinder? you should stop listening to your friend.

I think he want's everyone's advice. I would rebuild time, you can also place a magnet over the turbo, it prevents future problems with the turbo seals by holding them in place, so they don't rattle loose and cause this low compression in the future
