engine wont crank

just re-did my engine bay fuse box harness and tucked it under the dash. also re-did my engine harness by re-wiring just how it was when it worked, only cleaner. all the lights and blinkers work and i put the dash back in because of this, assuming that i had done it right. im not certain that i didnt, but the engine will not crank. when i turn the key, nothing happens. now i think this could be engine harness related too right?

if anyone can just point me in the right direction i would appreciate it. im thinking at this point i need to get out the test light and see if the starter is getting a switched 12 volt signal?
