Ok so I recently ordered some hks step one 256 cams for my s13sr.
Company ordered them from hks I was told. So it took 2 weeks since they had to first order them from hks. When I got them yesterday they where shipped in a 2x4 (roughly guessing) greddy box. Which I don't care what box it's in.
I opened the box and it has 0 stuffing or popcorn for support, all that is in it is 2 hks slim boxes which cams titled on the boxes. So why would u not put stuffing or popcorn in the box? My cams rolled/slid around durng shipping, because we all knw companys don't care if the box is marked fragile.

After some talk with my fellow drift buds I came to the conclusion that I should not put these in my car incase of bend/warpped/ect. I didn't spend over 350 for cams to not get shipped correctly and then pu them in my car and take the chance of messing up my motor.

Am I being over dramatic? Or would u all do the same thng?
I need feedback.

EDIT: This is the box and how i opened it.

I don't think they will warp, but watch for chipps and scratches.... that is what you are worried most.

If they're broken in two, then they're no good. Otherwise they're fine.

I think u need a Xanax to relax... Over thinking it in my opinion, don't they come wraped from hks?

hopefully they are packaged well inside the HKS boxes. yes, cams are fragile, but i would have been more worried about finding a cracked/broke one.

still though i mean a company that should be worried about customer service and good reviews, shouldnt the use somesort of packing. Bubble wrap or newspaper or something..
