my front wipers wont turn off at all.
the fuse by the clutch pedal keeps blowing out
i shredded my wiring with my tires and im pretty sure the wiring got wet too. can that be the problem?
idk what it can be.

fixing your wires seems like it would be a logical choice to most people, but apparently not.

Front wipers not turning off means a problem in the wiper motor wire that goes to the wiper amp. This wire shows ground when the wipers are at base position. Otherwise the wiper amp will keep moving the wipers to try to get back to base.
Trace every single wire to the source and reconnect properly.
