all of the honeycomb looks extremely clean with no sign of deterioration

I was just letting you know because I did the same thing and came very close to getting into some serious trouble for it. I was just trying to help you man you know the po also searches popular forums and I believe zilvia is one of them cali needs money right now so they will get you for anything.

u can still sell it in ca, its just a SHOP cannot install it legally.

it's just when come time for smog, the tech inspects cats now, and if it looks newish, it has to have a CA Carb EO number on the cat and it has to be listed on the CARB website..
