Help plz Ka24de related

I have a 1993 240sx coupe with the ka24de 5 spd in it. The motor is fubar...and cost about 1,000 to rebuild. I can get another motor for 300.00 down the street but it was from an automatic car. Will my 5spd transmission bolt up to an originally auto engine?
