WTB: 18"x9.5" +15ish 5-lug wheels...

I'm looking for a set of 4 18"x9.5" wheels with an offset around the +15 area and of course 5-lug. I would prefer them either without tires or with dead tires to use as rollers for the car to sit on. I am on a budget of about $800 MAX. Once again, I am not really willing to pay extra for tires unless they are included for my budget posted above.
