Altima inner tie rods fit s14?

There is an Altima inner tie rod for sale for only $10 and the owner claims it fits s14 as long as the s14 outer tie rod end is used. Is this true? Are the s14 and altima inner tie rods interchangeable?

Need this to get the car running since mine got bent bad..

A brand new s14 tie rod can't be more than 30-40 dollars at the local parts store. How cheap can you be to not be able to afford a new tie rod?

Maybe you should check next time. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to get a price quote on a part.
