Trouble codes

I have a number of different engine ecu codes and after having a mchanic diagnose my codes he says that my maf or wiring going to the maf is faulty. My question is could it be possible that the maf on a 95 240sx(ka) trigger more than one code such as a knock sensor or EWT sensor to also throw a code?

So nobody here has an answer 2 my question thats unbelievable. I tried searching for this and could not find a direct answer, and now nobody on a NISSAN forum can help me, this is as rich as it comes.
