I'm gonna have to agree with the other guy and say "hmmm". For the potential ability (according to the thread history) to mark the price up by twenty three thousand dollars, I think I'd find "the time".

I don't particularly doubt you have the car for sale. Nonetheless, something is still "fishy". If you can potentially sell the car for again, a twenty three thousand dollar markup by getting it titled and registered, why not do that? You say it's because you "don't have the time", yet you're selling the car because you are in a "money crunch". You also state you have all the paperwork to get the car titled.
So, given your reason for selling and your alleged ability to title and register the car, why not "make the time" to do so and sell the car for a significantly higher price to aid you in your financial troubles.
Logic tells me you are unable to title and register the car, rendering it worthless for anyone hoping to drive it on the street. If so, why not just try to make an honest sale here? If this is not the case, can you please clear up this confusion? Also, what paperwork do you have for the car?

Does the car run fine? Could you possibly post a video clip of start up and maybe a test drive? I live in Iowa and I would be interested in traveling to WI to purchase the vehicle.

To have this car legal to drive on the road every day you would have to change everything that makes it a desirable car to the 240 community. Spent the last three months looking at how to get an S15 to the states. If it's not on the list of approved DOT and NHTSA cars then it is not going to be registered for legal use. You can register it as a show car or a race car. And even have it tagged. But that only for the soul purpose of moving the car around at shows. Get pulled over with a car registeres as a race car or show car. You wont be driving it home.

not so true, we went to a shawano track event in shawano WI with the endless S15, i know the guy personally who has that and this white s15.
anyways we got pulled over by a state cop, plates were from a different car explained the situation. all the cop did was take the plate and we were on our way.
theres no way you can tell me that the endless s15 is a street car that beast is a race gas only all out track car

wasnt speeding cop pulled us over bc the plates werent from the car, and yes he just let us go after taking the plates
the story was that we just got the car from endless and didnt have time to set up a truck and trailer so we drove it.
its actually pretty awesome when you get pulled over in a RHD car and the cop comes to the passenger side (driver side on USDM cars) and give you this look like WTF... then walks around to the other side and starts talking hahaha
saw this car the other day and its still clean as fck. i would pick this up in a heart beat if i had 12k
