View Full Version : Lets talk s13 hatch car covers and aero

Well I hop I'm not the only one out there who wants a car cover for their hatch. The prblem is I, along with many of you, have aero, something you would think an oem shaped car cover would be able to accomidate.

Who has aero on an s13 and owns a car cover? What car cover do you use. Is it custom paint friendly? Waterproof? Covers wheels?

I wanna see what fits a kitted s13.
G35 or 350z car cover maybe?

My guess would be just to find a bigger car cover than normal and then put bricks on the bottom where there is excess. That's what my buddy does with his wide body s2000.

if you have the room I would say buy one of those car tents, they always go on sale, and you wouldnt have to worry about paint. Unless of course the cover is a temp thing not a winter thing.

When I had my s14 with the wing and kit I just got a random one from the Auto Parts Store. Worked just fine.

Are car covers paint friendly? Like say in the summer, every night I want my car to be under a cover.

i forget what it was sized for, integra or 3000gt.. universal walmart cover. It also fit on my benz 190e.
this was in 06, they had 3 series of material with different prices, this was the middle one.

I still have the cover, fits extra baggy on the FC hahaha
cover has deteriorated over time , but for the price of the cover it was worth it.

i have the rain-x one. its pretty baggy around my s1and comes with a rope and lock with keys too!

ive seen cheap car covers DESTROY paint!
