gsus christ thats a lanky asian kid...if youre planning to build a car in sj, youre coming for the wrong reasons...last i heard, theyre still pretty strict in south bay, but i could be wrong...it really depends on your preference, i personally prefer sf bay and the peninsula over sj...i hate the south bay just as much as i hate the east bay...

I lived in San Jose for about a year and it was okay, it's cold out there, going to downtown SJ is pretty cool if you like clubbing but i dont know if you would like it coming from los angEles

Its not that much better out here in the San Francisco Bay Area.... Move to San Leandro Hayward, probably your best bet cause I think there is a pretty close nit community out there... Otherwise Arizona is way better

People have been saying Santa Clara, Cupertino, and Saratoga are nice places to live.
Just getting sick of LA and all its crowdednossity, rent, and people.
I'm paying $1040 a month for a small one bedroom me and the gf are outgrowing.
All we do is work and sleep. Just feels real blah right now.

No real experience on end but the people I've known that gone up there
say it's actually more expensive to live there than here in L.A.
really depends on the are (LA or SJ) I guess.
good luck, a change of scenery may be a good thing.

that's true. I used to live in Freemont and paid $1,200 a month for a studio apt. San Jose is cheaper but not sure how much.
Good thing about the bay area is that they actually have rush hours, not like here where there is always traffic.

San Jose has the worst roads, but its alright, not much to do in SJ any more, the meets are every Friday, any ways if you do move to SJ, you should buy parts off me ^_^.. im jk but yeah not that bad here

Taken an Apple Cert class in Cupertino
Gone to Sunnyvale for training
SF and San Jose to party (didn't even match up to downtown Fullerton on St. Pat-Day)
I liked Sunnyvale didnt see to many cops and people were chill. If your looking to save money i think AZ is the best bet right now. You can find a nice house for well under 200k not to sure about the jobs and pay wages out there. With all the places/cities my work sent me so far in the west coast none of them beat LA/Socal.

Actually my buddy just got a nice apt with 2 swimming pools in saratoga. 2 bed rooms too for $890 all utils except cable. Pretty awesome deal actually... BUt Cupertino and Sunnyvale are pretty expensive. You gotta look for deals, they are out there, but make sure you have something lined up cause the economy is still hitting silicon valley. Keep in mind you gotta watch out for meets as cops do show up sometimes.....

LA is a big place.... your location : Location: WeeeHoooo,CA?? west hollywood?
try moving towards east la, I was planning on moving out, found a place. 4 bedroom, 3 bath, with garage, gated condo community... in el monte... 1500 a month.
the problem is you live in hollywood.... hipsters, artists, party people, druggies, bums, and everyone in between. Anything on the "west side" is expensive.
