So i was just cruising yesterday on my way to a thanksgiving dinner and i just here this big poof. pulled over and popped my hood and noticed my 1st coilpack and sparkplug chilling on top of my valve cover... I noticed that the spark plug had no gap but still had the electrode. I re-gapped the spark plug and put it back it and it drove perfectly fine, until it happen to me again tonight driving home from best buy. Please tell me this is a minor issue.:eek3:

Torque the spark plugs to specs.

make sure the spark plug threads are not stripped in the head.

I think that the piston is tapping on the tip of my spark plugs.. Is this a bad thing and what could possibly be wrong and how could i fix it?

This shouldn't be happening unless you bought the wrong spark plugs, or there is something majorly wrong with your bottom end.
Is this a bad thing and what could possibly be wrong
Fast moving object hitting a fixed object, repeatedly. Generally I would think that this is bad, but especially in this case.
how could i fix it?
Take the vehicle to a competent mechanic for a free estimate.

As mentioned, get a flashlight, and check your threads; they're probably gone
