Hey guys, ive found a set oof really dope AMeE/Euroline styled rims I want to purchase for $200. My only issue is they are 5x113. Is there a conversion spacer available anywhere for purchase? or could I elongate the wheel holes to fit 5x114. Is that even possible or a good idea?

Im going to put on my flaime suit. I know this is probably a dumb question.
Any useful information will be greatly appreciated.

Mods im not sure of where to post this, feel free to move it to the
right location.

Thanks.

Any shop that makes spacers should be able to make them for you. Not a dumb question, with some searching on the intraweb you could have probably found what you are looking for.

i would redrill the wheels. 114.3 and 113 isnt off by much.
lots of ppl do it with vip wheels

what size are the rims?
i think the spacers would have to be close to 25mm so they could bolt onto your 114.3 set up
right?

nah 15mm minimum for most spacers. but yea its close enough, take to a good machine shop and get them redrilled.

Thats a weard bolt pattern. 113...? Maybe 112 for vdubs n shit but 113 is odd.

Either way if its a wheel with a center cap you could just make up 10 hole wheels, no filling needed, just drill a whole new set a holes. Easy.

Whats the specs on the wheel cause if they are gay you'd wanna run spacers anyways.

A friend of mine Has an audi with a 5 x 112 bolt pattern. He made special Studs where the conical section could move freely so that he could bolt on 5 x 114.3 rims and have the stud stay in the 5 x 112 stud holes and the conical section move freely to center on the 5 x 114.3 rim. I know that he had studs instead of lugs but you can transfer the concept I'm sure. I think though that if the bolt hole is big enough, the rim would still be able to slip onto the studs right? I mean it's only 1.3 mm . . .

If I didn't make any sense or I am wrong in any way, I'm sorry haha . . .

but our cars dont use bolts, we have studs

Wobble bolts would work, but I'd be much happier drilling the holes out a tiny bit. We do it with a CNC machine for our centers here at work when customers want to re-use their wheels on a new car/etc. If you have center caps, you won't even see the oblong holes.
