Sr20det stock internals

I'm looking at running a gt3071r with all supporting mods along with cams, springs, retainers, and valves. I'm wondering how much power you guys are running on similar set ups with stock internals or how much power you can safely push without built engines. If any wants to post up a mod list and dyno sheets that be great and let me know how well your engine is holding up. Thanks in advance!

tuning is what makes or break engines...I've seen a stock bottom end SR20DET push 470whp on stock bottom end with a TD06-25G, flogged every week for 3 yrs.

With that said, I've seen 426whp on stock internals and it has run quite well for over a year.
