they have tires, but are shot.
not perfect but they hold air and balance..

Jacksonville. willing to meet up part of the way for gas money, shipping isnt cheap I'm sure. But not going too far kat makes the gas go bye bye

bump, two now have no tires, other two still have something but they are coming off.
