so turns out that my brother is cock blockin me on gettin the buddy club spec two because its too loud :down: so i need to look into something else i was thinking about the hks hi power exhaust..goes from 80 mm to 115 mm piping which may be a plus power wise..but then the huge resonator and fart can muffler probably restricts alot especially back pressure but i hear it still sounds good which i somewhat a plus..anyone have any experience with this exhaust?? how is it?? are there any other reccomendations??

titanium is supposed to be the best. so if you want the best cough out some money.

plus theres a theory about back pressure being bullshit on turbo applications. theres a thread somewhere debating this.

ive got an ebay one that flows great. fitment is lacking though... and its fuckin loud... annoying>.<

i have a coupe...with an s14 sr.. has a ball bearing turbo putting down about 280hp.. and i just want something with not too much restriction

Seriously help us help you. Do you have a style that you like, do you want something OEM looking, Discreet or hey look at me, pull me over. Do you want it resonated, non resonated, Do you need tons of ground clearance?
Are you worried about weight? How loud? come on, is that hard to be detailed?

Get the Buddy Club Spec II.. I have one on my SR and it's so awesome. IDK if it's "loud" or not because I hear/feel my motor mounts more-so than my exhaust (Aluminum motor mounts).

Anyways, just get any exhaust. They're all basically the same. 3" is what most people agree for turbo. So go for any 3" exhaust.

lol the spec II is pretty much a straight fuckin 3in pipe if im not mistaken. of course its gunna get you tickets. the only exhaust your not gunna potentialy get tickets for is stock, end of story.

HAHAHA...3" pipe that opens up to 4" in the tip with a tiny ass resonator that does absolutely nothing. Loud would be an understatement. I sold mine because it started giving me headaches and with the resonance, made everything fucking rattle in my car.

They have been cracking down in the new tampa area. I was pulled over about 3 months ago in my s14 and given a ticket then 1 week later I was pulled over driving my friends evo. He did not give me a ticket cause I was not the owner of the car.

its pretty much a given that an exhaust is going to attract attention to your car. anything thats not quiet is a potential ticket. just run stock man. evhaust makes shit rattle anyway. fuckin annoying
