Help, car not starting!!

What's up guys I'm pretty new and haven't posted in a while but I've got a serious problem. My car isn't starting. Tonight it was slow to get cranked like 4 or 5 times, like it was having trouble turning over but it still manged to start (slowly) every time. Then I got home and it sat for like an hour before I went out to crank her again and sure enough she wouldn't start. I still have all my electricals so I know it's not the battery, but everything does kind of dim after I keep trying for a while. It sounds like it wants to start, the engine cranks but just want turn over. It's a manual if it makes a difference. Can anyone help me out?

If everything goes dim when you crank, then you definetly want to recharge your batteries with a trickle charger. Then check your alternator..

try recharging battery
check alternator like what aeontony said
check starter..

and if all else fails.. check timing...(least likely though)

I had my car towed to the Nissan dealership today so I'll keep you guys posted. Thanks for the input.
