GT3076r w/modified turbine housing

I have been searching Zilvia and google for the last hour and a half and have had no luck finding this website I had it saved to my favorites before i reformatted my harddrive. It was a company that sold the T3 GT3076r with a modified turbine and housing that supposedly spooled faster and flowed more than the average gt3076r. Does anybody know the website or company I am referring to??
