Hey, Im kinda lazy driver. Do you guys thinks its all right that i start off in 2nd gear. Cause i don't want to go through the h***el from first to second. I seems uncessary unless im racing or launching the car. Thanks for you in put.

1 question. why don't you drive an auto instead if you were so lazy ?

as long as you don't bog, it works... but I'm sure that you put more wear on the clutch by slipping into 2nd from a stop versus going stop-1st-2nd. Other than that I don't see what could hurt, unless you stall it doing that. which would also sorta defeat the purpose.

you will most likely wear your clutch out faster

Just go from 1st to 2nd, you don't want to put that stress on the clutch even though its not much. Its still stress that can be avoided.
