so im good on stock internals and all for max hp of 260...

bottom end is good for 500whp
Slap on a metal head gasket and you'll be fine for 14psi
That turbo will get you around 300ish
why to you have sti pinks?
they are top feed and with the s14 motor it is going to be harder to make them fit.

yeah they said that the pinks would fit but ive been looking and its the 04-06 sti yellows...i havent got the injectors still looking for some..dont wanna spend to much cuz im trying to get it dyno tuned and painted..haha

close to 300hp with a good tune and supporting mods
S15 Spec-R turbo will take you to the promised land

It's the same turbo(GT2560R in Garrett speak), the S15 Spec R just had a cast turbine wall divider which is maybe worth a few HP max over an S14 T28.
I made 300 rwhp at 15.5 psi with a GT2560R/T28/whatever you want to call it(without the cast divider wall, but I have a GReddy turbo outlet which is basically the same thing). That's about all you're going to make with it, as I had lots of trouble keeping the boost up past about 6.5k RPM due to running out of flow.
Get rid of that intake tube, those bellows aren't doing you any favors.

yeah ive been looking for an elbow but everytime i ask for price its been sold haha...and i need a intake pipe ..also have a bigger front mount but im looking for an alluminum IC piping kit not luck though..so the my set up put together will be good for about 300rwhp?give or take..
280 rwhp seems pretty easy to hit with a GT2560R, 300-310 rwhp is the upper end.

s14 t28 has bush bearing while the s15 is a ball bearing type.

a disco potato turbo with 550's and a proper tune will put you close to your goal.
remeber the formula
fast>reliable>cheap

I looked up the model number on my S14 T28 and it shows a ball bearing GT2560R. Also I have Yellow STI injectors in mine, and I "think" they are 525cc. They work fine, and my afr's (tuned for 550s') don't go any higher than 11.5 at full boost.

the turbo's are similar to the gt series ones, the nissan turbos have a 48mm turbine housing and the gt ones have a 53mm
just a heads up

are you sure its smaller, the serial number is a spot on match to the one one the garrett website.

Every S14 T28 I've seen has been a ball bearing CHRA. I hear the Australian market S14s had journal bearings, but can't confirm that as I haven't ever come across an S14 T28 without ball bearings.

WRONG. The S13 T25 and both S14/S15 T28s use 53mm major diameter turbine wheels of the same trim.

It's not smaller. They don't know what they are talking about. The part number you looked up tells all - what you have is a GT2560R. Hell, even Garrett's website shows that some dash numbers for the GT2560R are OEM turbos for SR20DETs.

X2 I have a J-Spec S14 Turbo, Its Ball bearing, Ive yet to see an S14 Journal Bearing T28
Now the Pulsar GTI-R T28's are journal bearing.

i think it is a ball bearing..na pretty shure cuz when i shut off the car you can hear the trubine still spin super freely in the exhaust..sound like a skate board wheel when you spin it..well sort of..

Dude i happen to have the same setup in a 510 (sr20, topmount manifold,t28)but my turbo inlet from the intercooler seems to be facing upward and yours is facing downward did u flip or turn the front or coldside of the turbo to get it to face down?
