Since I have an 89 240sx, and I am wanting to swap in the sr20, I will need power steering lines and miscelleous (sp?) parts, would i be able to get a front clip and use those ps lines, or would i have to get one from a usdm one? also would i be able to use the other parts in the clip? one more question, with the gauge cluster swap, is there a way i can just swap out the km/h with a m/h speedo? I hope that this makes sense. Thanks

I don't think the ones from the SR will work (ps lines) you can use the sohc ones with an sr though. someone on here has done it, just takes a little bending or something.

actually.. i think it is possible to use the jdm power steering lines. you can also bend your stock ones.. you can also swapped out ps lines with the dohc chasis.. another thing you have to change is the gauge cluster.. either from dohc models or use the jdm cluster if you are getting a clip..

but is there a way I could convert a km/h cluster to a m/h? im guessing no...

so what your saying is you just want the RPMs to have a higher redline ?
you dont need to buy the whole cluster then, just swap out the tachs. thats what i did. i have a 1990 so its the same as your 89

ok, i see now, but i don't think anyone clearly answered my first question, about if I could use the power steering lines from a SR front clip, and would it be worth it to buy a clip to use them? or is it easy to find power steering lines off a parts car?

do a search, you can use the ka24E power steering lines.
if you want ka24de lines, someone is selling a set right now in the forsale forum.
