This is a brand new set high durometer Polyurethane engine mounts $120 is the price.
I used to sell these all the time in a group buy here many people have run or run them.

They do not have solid rods all the way through so they do not transfer vibration. They are made from high durometer Urethane.
Not Polyurethane tubes or Industrial urethane window caulk you buy at Home Depot.
The mounts are track tested and have been used on many race cars. (THIS SET IS NEW) I am talking about these mounts in General.

They are stiffer than Nismo mounts, but not bone jarring, in fact they are quite nice. They keep your engine from moving, in fact it sits nice and still.

Oh and if you are going to use these on a turbo car? I suggest strongly you keep your exhaust side stock heatshield and use it with these.

does it raise up the engine a lil bit higher compare to stock?

No they do not. The common complaint people have with NIsmo mounts is they raise up the engine. These mounts drop the engine to around 1/2 to an inch lower.

My friend was telling me not to buy these because over time they would wind up squeaking. Kind of like some polyurethane suspension parts. Is this true?

Ah no they will not. I take it your friend knows nothing about engine mounts VS suspension parts, LOL . Sold many sets to lots of people over the years.

Engine mounts get bolted in place. I take it your friend drives a FWD car? FWD mounts are mounted more like suspension pieces because of the way the engine sits.

RWD mounts are completely different and there is no motion in the engine that would make them squeak. LOL
