air intake problem

I just noticed that i have a rip in the plastic part of the air intake by the intake manifold. What kind of problems will i run into if i drive it like this? Aslo what kinds of problems would come about as a result?:confused: :mad:

dirt and junk in your engine. if its not going thru the filter at end, anything can go in.
replace/patch up/whatever ASAP

yep. plus your MAF reading could be off.

definitely fix that ASAP.

thanks, i will fix it. I will order a short ram/ coldair intake for it.
