I wanna know if there are any shops or ppl that have and rebuilt kade I am looking into getting a 240 but its a single cam and I wanna swap it out for a duel cam instead

I'd talk to Mike Kondo at Canyon racer, you can google it or ask Steve Shadows. I don't trust anyone to work on my car but if Mike is doing the work I wouldn't think twice about it.
