5 speed swap..shaking bad.

well i recently did a 5 speed swap on my 95 last weekend and have been driving it back and forth from school. everything seems good besides one thing. when i take off from a dead stop the car shakes pretty bad unless you do the cluth perfect. some people have said that the flywheel needs to be resurfaced but im not buying that just yet. some of my old bmw did it when their guibo was going bad so i just wanted to check before i broke everything down. i have a horrible rear end clunk which i had before the swap and im going to replace the subframe and differential bushing but do you think that would make the car shake real bad when taking off?

did you put a new tranny mount? My had had that problem. even the slightest tear on the mount would cause really erratic shaking.

maybe tranny mount, or driveline. make sure you installed the carrier bearing and it is securely tightend. hope this helps.
