Alright im not a newbie but im in dire need of some help guys. I recently rebuilt my ka. heres what was done. i need some ideas! im all out

-wiseco pistons
-eagle rods
-cometic headgasket
-remanufactured head
-new oem crank
-Arp hardware
-all new felpro gaskets
Rebuilt in my dining room-woohoo lol
Basically fully overhauled ready for boost. Ran great for about 1500 miles, purred like a kitten. Infamous timing chain rattle started, i planned on taking the valve cover off and taking the top guide off the next day but that evening after going to dinner it just wouldnt fire.

i checked fuel, spark, timing, injectors, and ecu...and everything checked out.
took it to a shop to have them try and figure it out becuase i had given up.

Anybody have any ideas to why this is happening or has anyone experienced anything along the same lines as me?

Well not every one of those can be good or else the motor would be firing. Are you absolutely sure timing is correct? I would check that first.

Take fuel rail off, apply 12v power and ground, make sure your injectors are actually firing.

Pull your plugs out and make sure they are sparking.

Stupid question but battery is good i'm assuming?

Can you hear your fuel pump priming when you turn the key?

Have you checked fuel pump fuse/engine control fuse?

Will it turn over and just not fire or won't do anything at all? If it won't do anything make sure your starter wire didn't fall off somehow.

Have you tried spraying carb cleaner (make sure it's the flammable kind) in the intake manifold and seeing if it starts?

Did you check for codes on the ECU?

Need some more detailed info to help you out more bro. How did you break it in? Have you messed with the wiring harness at all? Check codes for sure, that should be the first thing you do.
