Well i cant figure out whats going on with my motor sometimes when i make a full stop and sit there my rpms jump up and down and it makes the car shake? HELP

Assuming that the "shaking" comes from the unstable idle I would recommend checking the IACV for coolant. The IACV needs a coolant temp reading for the engine to idle properly, if you don't it will surge like you describe. It may not be the problem but its something to rule out.

yeah, I think some of the guys are on to the problem...

most likely it is the wiring or a sensor. my blacktop was doing the same thing until i cleaned the connection to the CTS (coolant temp sensor) and the MAF sensor. Easy way to check it is to wiggle the wire going to the CTS and see if it changes your idle. It did mine and after I cleaned it is is rock solid....perfect idle and "idle down" when coming to a stop - about 1200rpm slowly dropping to 850rpm.

Hmm i hope soo,could it be a vacuum leak or could it be a boost leak oh btw i have greedy blow off valvue i know those like to leak on the housing...
