parking brake... issues.

i went to engage my parking brake and whne i pulled it i herd a snapish noise and then it got loose. the odd thing is, when i pull on the cable itself it moves for about an inch or so then stops. so i dont think its the cable that broke. however i dont know shit about parking brakes so i could be totally wrong. i dont even really know wer to start with this so any insight at all is greatly appritiated. if you need to know something spicific just let me know and ill try to help with it.

There are two cables that connect to a "T" One of the cables must have snapped

thats what i fugured when i could really fin anything int eh fsm. im gunna look at it closer tonight with a buddy and hopefully figure out what the prob is. thanks for the help:]

my guess is the right side broke. i think the left already had before i got it because that wheel would lock. oh well... 84$ isent someting i can spend right now anyway >.< thanks alot for the like:] i appritiate it
