we're really sorry to make you wait, and also sorry to make you feel like
you need to threaten our reputation over some lugnuts.
you probably know thats not the norm with all of our good reviews...
any how I suppose it all comes down to the fact that we are all drifters
here, which in this case eclipsed our customer service skills because we
were all helping put on the biggest annual motorsports event in the city
which put us behind on filling orders.
