3rd place. Missed 2nd by .050 sec. Missed first by .1 sec. Pretty good weekend, and 4 very needed points, so I think I made the right decision.
Hurry up and do a 10psi run and show 'em who's boss!! Gotta beat the 14psi SR (Thon's car) at 256rwhp (SAE corrected)!!

I need to get my KA-T on the dyno now. The other day I got Gtech dyno reading on mine. 230hp and 242 TQ. My setups alittle different though.
Damn I need to get on a dyno.

doh! accidentally edited cdigity's post instead of quoting it.... damn buttons.... sorry man
ace, congrats on your results!!

Thanks.
SAE correction is something like:
YourHP*103.5%, based on air temp, pressure, and altitude or something. That's the correction for Thon's, and it'll be the same for you most likely.
seems like thons went up!?!?!?
perhaps mine will too.
Yup. More power at sea level. You were a whopping 12ft above it. Although, it may have been warmer when you dyno'ed.... pretty safe to use the same 103% factor.
I really need a G-Tech or a 1/4 mile run or dyno run or something....

split-second a.i.c. = additional injector controller
he also has a Vortech SFMU to raise fuel pressure.

These were taken at the wheels on a Dynojet dyno. Most cars get dyno'ed on a chassis dyno, measuring power at the wheels. It's possible to dyno an engine by itself, but I don't think that's as common.

not to beat on pruven but ive heard alot of horror stories bout there dyno service, they wont let you near the car you cant drive it. and quite a few cars have came off the dyno. and they like to cheat the numbers on the roller. if you want a real wheel dyno not a roller dyno. go the dyno time in prospect.,,,, ask for greg
tell him Mike sent you, its $125 an hr. he just got a 70,000 dollar wheel dyno. here is the number.... pm me for any other questions
