Best grease for poly bushings?

The issue is, the supplied grease with Energy suspension will grip the inner casing to the bushing, causing bind. The grease is not "slippery" enough to provide quick movement between the surfaces for daily driving. It is also too thick to remain inside the bushing when the inner casing is pressed into the bushing. Unless you make slots inside the bushing, all the grease usually gets pushed out when you push in the metal casing. Plus this stuff sucks, so aside from white lithium (which dries up), is there a super effective grease such as;

Synthetic brake grease
Synthetic marine grease
Moly grease used for transmissions?

I would assume the marine grease would be water repellant, the synthetic part means it would disclude petrolium, which eats poly bushings, but doesnt moly grease have a better sheer rating?

Energy suspension has changed the lubricant supplied with their polyurethane bushings over the years. All the lubricant supplied has been sub-par in my opinion.

I have used the SuperLube brand synthetic NLGI Grade 2 heavy-duty, multi-purpose lubricant with PTFE. Durable enough to stick, withstand the elements quite well in exposed suspension components and provide decent lubricity to combat those squeaks.

Hot-rod guys drill small holes within the bushing to form pockets that retain the lubricant/lubricity and reduce friction. Be careful not to remove too much material as you may change the durability and characteristics of the bushing.

Moly grease used for transmissions?

I use a synthetic moly grease made by Motul. It's super cheap, and awesome - originally started using it racing bikes, since every motorcycle racer I know uses this stuff, and motorcycle guys are WAAAAAY more anal about 'sticktion' (resistance to initial movement) and wear characteristics than any car guys I know.

I get it at WestCo Nissan for $5, btw. Perfect consistency, great wear, and poly-safe.

many years ago I put bushings in that were supposed to be impregnated with graphite and not squeek, but they did after a short while
So I drilled them and installed zerk fittings and pumped them full of Lithium grease, end of problem LOL!

That sounds awsome.

Im using syn brake caliper grease right now, but its far from tacky.
