Hi, I have a power FC D jetro installed on my s13 redtop sr and I just have a question about the initialization process. As some of you know, when you first start the car, you are supposed to leave it running for at least 30 minutes so that the pfc can learn idle.
The problem with my car is that when I first start it, I have to rev it once and let it drop back down to idle or else the car will not run properly. Without revving the car once, the timing will jump around like crazy and the voltage on the battery will slowly drain until the car dies. Everything runs perfect after I rev the car once. I wrote a more detailed description on my wierd electrical problem here:

So my question was, if I rev the car once when I try and initialize the pfc, will it exit the initialization mode or will it return to setting up idle and such after the revs come down?
