vacuum lines?
when i started building my car my buddy told me that almost everything between the RWD det and RWD DE is damn near identical. needless to say there are one or two things that are different. ie the oil filter mount threading is way shorter on the de and a dif thread pattern.
are the de vac lines different than the det ones?
here are pics of my de intake mani on my rwd sr20de.
also when i got my tial 38mm i got it used so i dont know what the two ports on it are supposed to be can someone help please?

Your buddy is wrong however with the two things you asked they are close/easily changed to fit.
Oil filters are exactly the same. SR20det/de 300zx whatever
Vaccuum lines, All you need--> FPR, Wastegate, BOV (T'd my FPR for boost gauge)
Your pictures didnt show up & im sure you can search the tial or read the manual

Think about your question for a second. You're asking if a turbocharged car with a wastegate, boost solenoid, and recirc valve has the same vacuum lines and routing as a car without all those things.
Do you think it's possible your friend is an idiot?
There's a ton of differences, but just like any engine you use the ones you need, cap the rest. On an NA car that's basically the fuel pressure regulator and the brake booster.

MY question is concerning the location of the vac ports AND IF THEY ARE DIFFERENT between the de and det.

What do you mean? It's already established they're different. You knew that before even asking.
Location? Why does that matter? You need to supply a few items with vacuum. Pick a port on the intake, use it. Plug what's leftover. There is no right or wrong way to connect a vacuum line, the entire intake sees vacuum.
