SR20 Parts numbers

I have searched and searched here and have found part numbers but I keep getting different numbers and such and not totally sure on which gaskets I even need.

I'm replacing my stock T25 as my current one is blown and I already have a new one from a friend, but I need to know what gaskets I need and the part numbers for them as well. Any help would be appreciated I did search just the results conflicted and I need these parts right the first time as I leave for school in two weeks and need the car.

What I have:
turbo to manifold - 14415-17M00

What is the Nissan part number for the last one the 5 hole turbo gasket? my dealership will not look up anything for me at all unless i bring them the exact part number..
