The 240sx had a 2.4 liter engine, the 200sx has a 2 liter engine, but as far as I know the 180sx has the 2 litter SR, so what dose the name 180sx stand for? Something that been bugging me for some time.

the 180sx originally came with a CA18... hence, 180sx.

It was only in '88-90 S13 Silvias and 89-90 RS13 180sx. For the 91 year both switched to 1998cc SR20DET.:)

Your half right, the S14 200SX has a SR. The S13 200SX had a ca18det.

They also came with the VG30E.
In other words, the numbers before the -SX don't mean jack squat.
