a fucking hardware or auto parts store.
its vacuum hose, some bolts and o rings and screws and hose clamps.
the only thing you'll have a problem with is the wiring harness.
if you're clever (which you probably aren't since you're on an automotive forum asking where to buy vacuum hose) you could build your own wiring harness.
